What You’ll Do As a Server and Bartender, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an outstanding experience. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
- Crafting Cocktails: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages with precision and flair.
- ️ Serving Excellence: Take orders, deliver food and drinks, and ensure guests have everything they need to enjoy their visit.
- Building Connections: Create a welcoming environment by engaging with guests and providing top-notch customer service.
- Keeping it Clean: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas.
- Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Collaborate with your teammates to ensure smooth service and happy customers.
We’re seeking someone who brings a mix of skills and personality to the table. Here’s what we’d love to see:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a server and/or bartender in a restaurant or bar setting.
- Customer Focus: A friendly, approachable attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Multitasking Pro: Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment without breaking a sweat.
- Attention to Detail: From mixing drinks to taking orders, accuracy is key.
- Team Spirit: A collaborative mindset that helps the entire team succeed.
