Operations Administrator

We are seeking an Operations Administrator to support key business operations, including product information management, scheduling, order processing, and various administrative functions. This role is essential in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and seamless collaboration across teams. Core Responsibilities

The Operations Administrator will:

• Product Information Management: Maintain accurate records of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished goods.
• Bills of Materials (BOM): Assist in updating and verifying BOMs to ensure accurate reflection of raw materials, machine run times, and labor costs.
• Cost Management: Support in updating material costs and verifying BOM accuracy.
• Production Scheduling: Assist in developing and managing schedules for multiple machines and departments.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, assist with maintaining minimum/maximum thresholds, and support replenishment planning.
• Purchasing: Generate RFQs and purchase orders for raw materials and operational supplies.
• Order Processing: Respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and process sales orders with accuracy.
• Logistics Coordination: Assist with planning and coordinating shipments for inbound and outbound logistics.
• Stakeholder Relationships: Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach to business operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with OrderTime software is preferred.
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics365 preferred.
