SoftSpot is a modern dessert caf in Chantilly known for premium soft serve, drinks, and baked goods. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to help keep our soft serve machines spotless and running smoothly. This behind-the-scenes role is crucial to delivering the high-quality experience our guests expect.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize two commercial soft serve machines twice a week
• Disassemble, wash, sanitize, and reassemble machine components
• Refill and prepare machines for daily use
• Inspect machines for signs of wear and report issues to management
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards

Qualifications

• Must be available early mornings before store opening
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and handle repetitive cleaning tasks
• Previous experience in foodservice, janitorial, or equipment cleaning is a plus but not required
• Must be at least 18 years old

Pay & Benefits

• $18$22/hour depending on experience
• Consistent 8 hours per week (2 shifts, 4 hours each)

• Independent work with responsibility for essential equipment
• Opportunity to take on additional roles if interested
