Position Overview

Sinai Pulmonary and Sleep Associates is seeking a fellowship-trained Sleep Medicine physician to join our growing team within our Division of Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine, one of 14 divisions in the Department of Medicine.

We welcome fellowship-trained sleep specialists from diverse specialties, with a preference for dual training in Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine, although not required. This will be a Summer, 2026 start.

Role Features

  • Full-time, employed position
  • Based at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore
  • Join a team of 5+ faculty physicians and 2 advanced practice providers (APPs)
  • Outpatient Sleep Medicine practice with flexible scope based on subspecialty training
  • Pulmonary-trained candidates may also participate in:
    • Inpatient pulmonary consultation service
    • Outpatient office-based practice
    • Procedures including navigational bronchoscopy and EBUS
    • Pulmonary call rotation
  • Non-pulmonary-trained Sleep physicians will focus on outpatient Sleep Medicine
  • Mentorship and education for Internal Medicine residents and medical students
  • Opportunity for an academic appointment through the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences available

Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Fellowship-trained in Sleep Medicine
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Sleep Medicine
  • Preference for dual certification in Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine, though not required
  • Eligibility for an unrestricted Maryland medical license
  • Current DEA and CDS registration
  • BLS and ACLS certification
  • Strong communication skills and commitment to multidisciplinary collaboration
