What You’ll Be Doing We are seeking a highly analytical and autonomous Senior Manager of ABM & Content Strategy to drive pipeline acceleration for our 5G Acceleration solutions. As a team of one, this individual will leverage internal intelligence to develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies. This role bridges strategic insights and hands-on execution by leading content creation, personalization, and enablement efforts. Key Responsibilities Strategic Account Identification & Prioritization: Utilize internal intelligence and AI capabilities to identify and prioritize high-potential customers and prospects for 5G Acceleration. Develop a data-driven methodology for selecting target accounts aligned with our ABM strategy. Content Strategy, Management & Creation: Own end-to-end content lifecycle for customer-facing decks and materials. Analyze ongoing content needs of the sales team. Create, manage, and update a centralized repository of presentations, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. Hands-on content creator to fill content gaps with new presentations, sales stories, and assets. ABM Strategy & Orchestration Design and execute tailored ABM campaigns for a select portfolio of key accounts. Partner with 5G Specialists and Core Sellers to develop personalized engagement plans including messaging and outreach strategies. Lead onboarding and management of a new content personalization platform, and train sales teams to use the tool effectively. Performance Reporting & Insight Generation Track and measure ABM initiative success per account (engagement, opportunity progression, pipeline). Provide regular, data-driven insights to sales and marketing leadership on effective content strategies. What We’re Looking For You\'ll need to have Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience. Six or more years of relevant experience in B2B marketing or sales operations, including ABM. Even better if you have one or more of the following Analytical skills with ability to interpret data from Salesforce, Marketo. Experience designing marketing strategies and understanding the B2B sales cycle. Proficiency with presentation and content management tools; ability to train and influence internal teams. Ability to use AI to accelerate results. Autonomous, proactive, and results-driven leadership. Strong collaboration and communication skills.
