About the Team

Our Growth Team sits at the heart of Airwallexs mission, focusing on user acquisition and strategic market expansion. We leverage data and cutting-edge technologies to craft seamless, intuitive experiences that help millions of users discover, engage with, and benefit from our products.

From new-user funnels to onboarding optimisations, our Growth team is all about experimentation, rapid iteration, and driving sustainable business impact. Whether its designing scalable architectures for high-traffic pages, building robust A/B testing frameworks, or integrating global marketing platforms, the Growth teams contributions directly shape how we attract and retain customers worldwide.

Joining the Growth team means youll have a front-row seat to the most crucial stage of our product lifecycle and play a pivotal role in fueling the next wave of our global expansion.

What Youll Do

• Architect and Build

  • Design, develop, and enhance highly scalable, performance-driven frontend solutions that power our growth funnels, landing pages, and marketing campaigns.

  • Write well-tested, maintainable, and efficient code using React and TypeScript, ensuring robust performance and smooth user interactions.

• Enable Data-Driven Decisions

  • Partner closely with data scientists and product managers to track and interpret critical user behavior metrics.

  • Build and integrate A/B testing frameworks, feature flags, and analytics solutions that optimize our user acquisition strategies and inform future product investments.

• Collaborate and Refine

  • Work with cross-functional teamsincluding Design, Product, and Marketingto deliver delightful user experiences.

  • Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and strategic planning sessions to elevate the quality and impact of our user-facing products.

• Experiment and Iterate

  • Develop rapid prototypes to validate hypotheses about user acquisition and engagement.

  • Continuously refine and optimize user journey flows, aiming to reduce friction and increase conversions.

• Drive Technical Excellence

  • Champion frontend best practices, ensuring high standards of code quality, security, and performance.

  • Provide technical leadership, and shape the architectural roadmap for our growth-focused products.

• Ensure Security & Compliance

  • Integrate secure coding practices and frameworks to protect user data, maintain high standards of privacy, and comply with global regulations.

  • Proactively identify and address potential vulnerabilities, preventing unauthorized access and safeguarding critical data.

Who You Are

• Seasoned Engineer: You have a solid foundation in TypeScript and front-end frameworks like React, with an ability to craft clean, modular code.
