As the Recruitment Coordinator you will support the organization as we continue to rapidly scale our mission driven organization devoted to serving those with I/DD. You will partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to reach hiring goals and implement hiring strategies. What you will be doing: Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and various hiring teams. Managing and updating candidate data across ATS and related systems. Tracking and reporting on recruiting metrics and initiatives for short and long-term planning purposes. Assisting with implementation and calibration of new systems including ATS and other relevant platforms. Assisting Talent Acquisition Manager with phone screening, resume screening, and candidate evaluations during high volume periods dependent upon organizational need. Maintaining effective communication with candidates and hiring managers and maintaining positive experiences throughout the hiring process. What you will bring: Two years of experience with recruitment or recruitment coordination. Prior experience implementing and calibrating new ATS or related software systems strongly preferred. Ability to effectively provide an exceptional candidate / hiring team experience. Ability to schedule screenings and interviews with consistency, professionalism, and an approachable demeanor, applying good judgment and objectivity in matching qualifications in interacting with candidates and hiring partners. Good multitasker, including the ability to handle applications for multiple positions, juggle interview schedules, field timely callbacks, etc. Proficiency with ATS, HRIS, Microsoft office and Google platforms and willingness to learn new systems. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour depending on experience.
