4 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Recruiting Coordinator – Investment Management We are currently seeking candidates for a Recruiting Coordinator opportunity with a highly successful investment management firm located in Boston, MA. The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating candidate logistics, scheduling interviews, supporting recruiting and onboarding activities, and assisting with internal and external events. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of three years’ experience in administration, recruitment, or a related HR/staffing coordination role This is a 4+ month contract role paying between $30-45/hour depending on experience. Responsibilities : Manage candidate communication, including outreach, correspondence, interview scheduling (in-person and virtual), and confirmation. Coordinate candidate travel arrangements (domestic and international), guest travel authorizations, and reimbursements. Collect and track candidate feedback, maintaining up-to-date candidate status and position tracking reports. Serve as the primary liaison for vendors and coordinate all logistics for recruiting events, including venue booking, catering, invitations, attendee lists, marketing, and payment processing. Promote recruiting events through external channels to ensure broad candidate outreach. Oversee new hire onboarding logistics, including initiating background checks, coordinating onboarding schedules, and facilitating new hire orientation. Support the investment team’s diversity recruiting initiatives by assisting with inclusive talent acquisition efforts. Assist with special projects requiring departmental knowledge and ensure timely completion of tasks in a fast-paced environment. Maintain and update multiple spreadsheets, databases, and tracking systems accurately. Accept additional responsibilities as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a collaborative approach. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 3 years in administration, recruitment, coordination, or HR/staffing. Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented with reliable follow-through. Professional interpersonal skills for interacting with all levels of management and clients. Effective written and verbal communication skills; experienced in event and conference coordination. Self-motivated, service-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
