About the Role:
As our Transaction Coordinator , you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero who ensures every "i" is dotted, every "t" is crossed, and every transaction moves smoothly from contract to close. Agents will love you. Clients will never know how much you saved the day.

Compensation will be a combination of a base pay and per transaction bonus. A self motivated entrepreneurial spirit could earn well above the posted max with this position. Benefits are included and not reflected in the figures.

What You'll Do:

· Manage the flow of paperwork and timelines across multiple real estate transactions

· Ensure compliance, accuracy, and organization (your three favorite words)

· Communicate with agents, clients, lenders and title companies

· Keep calm when timelines tighten and celebrate when closings happen

· Serve as a central point of contact and support for our amazing team

What You Bring:

· Experience in real estate admin or transaction coordination (preferred, but we’ll train the right superstar)

· Active FL Real Estate License (or the willingness to obtain)

· Superb attention to detail and time management

· Excellent communication and tech skills (DotLoop experience = bonus points!)

· A love for teamwork and a service-first attitude

· A sense of humor and an occasional ability to survive on coffee alone
