Seasoned Project Manager to lead project management and systems analysis across various initiatives. ((No Company Candidates- Individuals only))

• Proven experience with diverse Software Development Lifecycles, including Agile (Scrum)
• Demonstrated success managing ERP implementations and system integration projects
• Skilled at managing multiple concurrent projects with shifting priorities
• Effective in scope definition and change control
• Proficient with project and task management tools such as Smartsheet and Jira
• Leads and facilitates productive, goal-oriented meetings
• Serves as the primary point of contact for project updates and status reports
• Focus extends beyond task tracking to critical path oversight
• Proficient in task, timeline, and milestone management
• Manages Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID) effectively
• Quickly understands or learns end-to-end business processes and operational needs; Including Record to Report (Financials), Procure to Pay, Asset Management, and Supply Chain
• Ownership of the Business Requirements Document
• Elicits, analyzes, and documents detailed requirements
• Skilled at uncovering needs by asking insightful questions
• Develops clear, accurate process flows
• Responsible for Test Plans and Specification
• Executes and/or supports system and user acceptance testing
