This role partners with executives and physician leaders to develop and execute recruitment strategies, manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews and site visits, and negotiate offers. The position is part of the HR Shared Services team and is primarily remote, with occasional travel to hospitals and clinics across Southern California.
