We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator in our Las Vegas, NV Office. A Patient Care Coordinator works cooperatively with all members of the care team and supports the vision of the Positive Patient Experience (PPE), answers phones, responds appropriately and routes calls as needed, responds appropriately and timely to patients request regarding appointments or exams, reviews referrals/orders for appropriateness and scan, create, protocol, tasking, and scheduling. Schedules appointments telephonically, inbound, and outbound, schedules appointments according to scheduling guidelines, policy and procedures, department productivity and quality standards and resolves routine to moderately complex issues, refers to supervisor when appropriate.
