Overview
We are seeking a proactive Business Analyst to support research, documentation, and decision-making for client account opening, funding, identity verification, account transfers, and related operational processes. This role requires a strong understanding of operational systems and workflows, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver clear requirements for product and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Research and document business requirements for account opening and related processes.
Collaborate with product owners, designers, and operations teams to analyze workflows and identify improvements.
Develop process documentation, workflows, customer journey maps, and conceptual diagrams.
Write detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) and translate them into JIRA stories.
Facilitate meetings, lead discussions, and drive decision-making with cross-functional teams.
Partner in user research and usability testing to validate solutions.
Qualifications
Experience in account opening, client onboarding, or operational systems (financial services experience preferred).
Strong skills in documentation, note-taking, and translating complex processes into clear requirements.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead discussions, and work independently.
Experience with JIRA and requirements documentation is a plus.
