We're seeking a motivated and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our internal team and help grow our client partnerships through exceptional talent placements. Responsibilities - Achieve staffing objectives by sourcing, recruiting, and evaluating candidates for open roles across ATP's client base, while meeting internal SLAs.
- Support and drive growth by making placements for both existing clients and newly developed accounts.
- Proactively source high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and internal databases.
- Own and manage the full candidate experience - from first outreach through placement - ensuring an exceptional and personalized experience aligned with candidate goals and client needs.
- Administer and evaluate technical screening questions to assess candidate qualifications, analyzing responses and verifying references to ensure alignment with job requirements.
- Collaborate closely with account managers and hiring teams to understand role requirements, deliver qualified candidates, and ensure timely feedback loops.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Partner with the onboarding team to ensure seamless transitions for new hires and resolve any pre-start issues.
- Maintain ongoing communication with placed consultants to build long-term relationships, support retention, and stay ahead of client and candidate needs.
- Encourage and solicit candidate referrals to expand and strengthen ATP's network of qualified professionals.
- Stay informed of market trends, client shifts, and talent demands to better align recruitment efforts with business opportunities.
- Participate in special projects, team initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts as assigned.
Requirements - 1-5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience (sourcing, screening, closing, etc.), preferably in the staffing industry.
- Experience recruiting for IT and/or engineering roles, ideally in the application development, cloud, or data space.
- Demonstrated success with outbound recruiting, including cold calling passive candidates.
- Proficiency with sourcing tools and job boards such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, etc.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (JobDiva or Bullhorn preferred); strong documentation and tracking habits.
- High sense of urgency and adaptability; able to pivot quickly based on client or candidate needs.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Local to Atlanta or willing to be on-site 2-3 times per week in our Sandy Springs office.
