STS Technical Services is hiring Industrial Painters in Stuart, Florida. In this role, you will prepare and apply a range of industrial coatings to aerospace components, delivering high-quality finishes that meet exacting industry standards. Responsibilities Identify products and components by customer specifications and color codes Prepare surfaces for painting, including masking, plugging, cleaning, and priming Apply primers, topcoats, and specialty finishes using spray equipment and electrostatic methods Operate painting, blasting, and related equipment safely and efficiently Move, load, and unload components within the work area Follow production schedules, shipping requirements, and quality guidelines Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of industrial painting experience preferred (electrostatic painting knowledge a plus) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions Team-oriented with solid communication skills Ability to read and understand English Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally Good hand-eye coordination and full range of motion for detailed work About STS Technical Services STS Technical Services is a Top 100 Staffing Firm that partners with leading organizations in aerospace, manufacturing, defense, and industrial operations.
