Overview Join to apply for the Frontend Engineer role at Weave . Weave exists to evolve how therapeutic knowledge is communicated, transformed, and worked upon, by equipping human minds with AI instruments to enable the best drugs to be brought to patients rapidly, safely, and inexpensively. The Weave Platform streamlines regulatory submission preparation and lifecycle management by imbibing AI into data organization, drafting, review, and verification. Weave is building a singular AI workbench for the entire therapeutic lifecycle. The Role & Your Mission We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer that can make the UX of our platform sing. You’ll be successful in this role if you can go from idea, to experiment, to testing, to production without getting lost or stuck at one of the steps. We care more about solving problems than using the latest buzz. We prefer simple, well-tested, stable solutions that are dependable, yet impressive. What You’ll Own Understanding customer problems and translating that into simple solutions. Working with Product Manager and Designers to develop usable solutions for customers. Writing performant, simple, well-tested frontend code in Typescript and React. Building a document editor experience with multi-player, collaborative features. Participate in the software design for projects. Managing ongoing conceptual and technical complexity while delivering value on Product projects. What You’ll Bring Has worked at an early-stage, product-based startup before (React and web component use in a production environment). Humble, hungry, and smart. Able to move quickly on tasks while producing high-quality results. Pragmatic, analytical thinker. Efficient decision maker. Bonus: worked on a product in a regulated domain or where data privacy + security were essential.
