Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Textile Engineer to support product development, quality assurance, and process optimization within our extrusion-based nonwovens manufacturing environment. This is an ideal role for a recent graduate looking to build a career in the performance textiles industry.

• Assist in monitoring and improving fabric quality during extrusion and finishing processes.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D teams to resolve issues and improve product consistency.
• Analyze production data and quality metrics to identify root causes of nonconformance and implement corrective actions.
• Support implementation of quality control protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process audits.
• Participate in product trials, process evaluations, and customer complaint investigations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in support of ISO and customer-specific quality standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, Fiber Science, or related field (required).
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships or co-ops in quality, production, or R&D preferred).
• Exposure to extrusion-based processes or nonwoven manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SPC, Minitab, or statistical tools is a plus.
• Willingness to work in a hands-on, plant-based environment.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
