We’re hiring a Customer Service Specialist to provide exceptional client support, work directly with our trading desk, and help ensure smooth, accurate operations.

What You’ll Do

•  Be a point of contact for customers via phone, live chat and email
•  Handle account changes, payments, and special requests
•  Support our trading desk team with day-to-day needs
•  Learn the nuts and bolts of brokerage operations

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree, with coursework in finance, economics, and/or accounting
• Open to entry-level candidates right out of college or those with 1–3 years of experience in customer service, broker-dealer, or registered investment advisory (RIA) environments
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Drive, professionalism, and a team-first mindset

Work Location

• This is a full-time, on-site position based in Glenview, Illinois (no remote work). Employees may have the opportunity to transfer to our corporate office in Orlando, Florida.
