Description We are looking for dedicated and dynamic Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Tempe, Arizona. This is a long-term contract position ideal for individuals who excel in providing exceptional customer support and are eager to work in a fast-paced retail environment. The role offers opportunities to specialize in social media engagement, French-language support, or technical troubleshooting. Responsibilities: - Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively. - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical problems related to the company's mobile application. - Manage and engage with the company's social media channels to address customer concerns and foster positive interactions. - Provide support to French-speaking customers, ensuring clear and effective communication. - Adapt to varying schedules, including potential weekend shifts, to meet customer demands. - Conduct extensive research to address complex customer inquiries and offer tailored solutions. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handling of customer cases. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in company systems. - Uphold a positive and attentive attitude while interacting with customers. - Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements - Proven experience in customer service or technical support roles. - Familiarity with computer software programs, including Windows and Office applications. - Ability to type between 8,001 - 10,000 keystrokes per hour accurately. - Demonstrated ability to resolve complex customer issues through detailed research. - Experience managing or working with corporate social media channels is a plus. - Proficiency in French for roles requiring communication with French-speaking customers. - Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. - Positive and adaptable attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
