Job Description

Our client, a dynamic manufacturing company, is seeking a CNC Finishing Operator 2nd Shift to join their team. As a CNC Finishing Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting quality and efficiency in manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work cooperatively with others, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Machinist 2nd Shift

Location: Germantown, WI

Pay Range: Starting at $19/hour plus $1/hour shift premium after probationary period

What's the Job?

• Operate machining centers and inspect for defects as castings are machined.
• Operate assembly machines and utilize hand tools for various finishing tasks.
• Sand, debur, grind, drill, and mill castings to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform quality checks using gauges and make minor machine adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

What's Needed?

• Some prior manufacturing experience in a factory environment.
• Willingness to learn and follow the directions of a supervisor.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to quality and adherence to work instructions.
• A positive attitude and regular, punctual attendance.
