Job Description

Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking Machine Operators with 3 plus years of CNC operating experience to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have previous machine operation experience, attention to detail, be a quick learner, and have a positive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Machine Operator
Location: Columbus, Indiana
Shift: 3:00pm - 11:30 (M-F) || 11:00pm - 7:30am (Su-Th)
Pay Rate: Up to $22/hr

What's the Job?

• Operate and monitor CNC machines and equipment to produce high-quality automotive parts
• Inspect parts for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
• Package parts for shipment and label them correctly
• Perform basic maintenance on machines and equipment
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area

What's needed?

• Minimum of 3 years of CNC Operating experience
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and repetitive motions on a daily basis
• Math skills of adding, subtraction, division, and multiplication
• Computer skills to print labels and open programs
