Desired Background 2+ years of litigation experience in California Experience in the following practice areas is preferred but not required; casualty defense work, personal injury, product liability, construction defect, professional liability matters, medical malpractice, insurance defense, insurance coverage litigation, general civil and commercial litigation Strong legal writing skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment An optimistic outlook that thrives in a dynamic work setting Licensed to practice law in the state of California Environment A collaborative environment focused on the professional development of their attorneys Hybrid work schedule, some onsite work preferred to start Mentorship alongside talented practitioners Competitive compensation and bonus structure based on production Robust benefits package This is an exceptional opportunity to expand your litigation skillset alongside talented practitioners.
