CAD Designer
We are seeking a talented and motivated CAD Drafter to join our engineering team. The candidate will play a crucial role in creating detailed technical drawings and schematics for our solar eBOS products. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with a passion for renewable energy and a strong foundation in computer-aided design (CAD).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Create and maintain submittals for both internal and external use.
· Develop and update fabrication drawings and documentation in collaboration with engineering, production, and quality teams.
· Manage document control processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of documents.
· Maintain and update the inventory management system, ensuring documentation is aligned with actual production and inventory levels.
· Ensure all documentation complies with company standards.
· Assist in creating and maintaining technical drawings, including 2D and 3D models, using CAD software.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Associate's degree in CAD drafting, engineering, or related field.
· Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
· Experience in document control and managing technical documentation.
· Strong understanding of fabrication processes and manufacturing documentation requirements.
· Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, and quality).
· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Familiarity with inventory management systems and ERP software is a plus.
