Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 AM- 5 PM

Location : Onsite - 2415 University Pkwy, Sarasota, FL 34243 |

Primary Responsibilities:

• Checking in, scheduling appointments, answering billing questions and managing patient medical records for a clinic
• First on phones and routes all incoming calls, creates telephone encounters for assignment to other team members
• Assists with referral questions
• Contacts all new patients and builds charts
• Makes first contact to welcome patients to our clinic
• First point of contact onsite for all patients, vendors, visitors etc
• Engage and Work Directly with Patients in a clinical setting
• Utilize Computer Systems to Pull/Verify/Enter Patient Data
• Organize/Schedule Patient Services/Appointments
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• 1+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting
• Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, outlook and excel

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of EHR systems, specifically eCW
• Bilingual Spanish/English

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $27.69 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
